The applicator head has an adhesive application function. If the adhesive tape fails to stick to the product, how should it be resolved?

1.The distance between the adhesive applicator and the product was too great. Due to the limited travel of the adhesive applicator, the adhesive tape did not come into contact with the product. 

2. The adhesive tape is not being fed back properly, as the tape's backward movement exceeds the center point of the adhesive tape feeding wheel, resulting in the adhesive tape not adhering to the product. 

3. The setting of the glue application distance/length was incorrect, resulting in an inaccurate application time of the glue and failure to be reflected on the product. 

4. The transmission components of the adhesive assembly are severely worn or have broken shafts, resulting in insufficient pressure on the adhesive tape by the adhesive wheel, causing the adhesive tape to slip and fail to adhere properly.

The applicator head is not able to apply the adhesive. How should this be resolved?

1.The adhesive switch is not activated. This is because the adhesive switch has been constantly in the off position. 

2. Air source / servo enable switch. Failure or malfunction of the switch may cause this issue. 

3. The electronic eye/fiber optic sensor failed to detect the product. This is because the product has not passed through the photoelectric sensor or the parameter settings of the fiber optic sensor are incorrect. 4. This is due to the inability to identify the product. 

5. If the bias encoder does not receive a pulse signal, the encoder wheel with the adhesive tape or the product will not be able to operate or there will be a break in the circuit, resulting in no pulse signal being transmitted to the controller for processing. 

6. The poor contact or broken connection of the servo power line for the solenoid valve/label applicator is the cause.

How to solve the problem when the starting point of the tape is stable but the ending point has a large error?

1.The cutting knife was not sharp, which resulted in excessive resistance when cutting the tape, causing the tape to be pulled away from its original position. 

2. The brake wheels are worn out. The one-way bearings can rotate the rubber belt in both directions, causing the braking to be unstable. 

3. The brake rubber strips have aged and hardened, causing them to become loose and resulting in unstable braking. 

4. The tension of the belt in the pulley is too low, and the loose belt causes unstable belt tension.

The starting point error of the tape is too large, and the ending point is stable. How to solve this problem?

1.The distance between the adhesive applicator and the product is too great. Due to the limitations of the stroke, insufficient pressure is applied during the adhesive application process, causing the tape to slip. 

2. The cylinder/servo force of the adhesive applicator is too weak, resulting in insufficient adhesive pressure and causing the tape to slip. 

3. The spacing between the guide pins of the adhesive assembly is large. Due to the low adhesion of the adhesive tape, there will be insufficient contact between the tape and the small pins, resulting in incomplete adhesion. 

4. The adhesive tape has a high tension on the wheel, and the excessive size of the tape causes it to slip when being adhered. 

5. The surface of the product is too smooth, causing the adhesive tape to slip during the application process.

The length of the adhesive tape is stable. However, there is a large error between the front and back of the tape. How can this be solved?

1.The low detection value of the optical fiber and the low contrast value result in inaccurate product detection. 

2. The electromagnetic valve/servo of the adhesive applicator is worn out, resulting in unstable response speed. 

3. The distance between the optical fiber and the adhesive applicator is large, which results in unstable response time of the adhesive applicator due to the long processing time. 

4. The optical detection points located on the non-planar or non-edge areas of the product have dark printing, which results in unstable detection times. 

5. The transmission of the adhesive applicator assembly is worn out, causing the adhesive application process to be sluggish or lack force, resulting in instability.

There is a crease at the front end of the product sticker. How can this be resolved?

The force-bearing surface of the product's adhesive application area is small, causing the adhesive tape to lift off and the product to get stuck on the cutting blade or adhesive roller surface at the rear. 

2. The tape has a high viscosity / the tape tension is too high, resulting in excessive resistance during application. 

3. Excessive glue application pressure causes the product to become hollow or multi-layered. When the glue application pressure is too high, it causes the product to be crushed and unable to withstand the resistance of the glue.

The adhesive tape does not fit the product properly. The front end of the tape is wrinkled. How can this problem be solved?

1.The distance between the cutting knife and the adhesive roller is too large, and the reserved length of the adhesive tape at the cutting edge is too long, resulting in the reserved length of the adhesive tape exceeding the center point of the adhesive roller by a considerable margin. 

2. The brake wheels are worn out or the brake rubber strips are loose, causing the reserved points of the tape cutouts to extend too far. 

3. The viscosity of the adhesive is too low. When exposed to temperature changes, the product and the surface of the adhesive become cold, resulting in a lack of adhesion. 

4. The tension of the adhesive tape is too high, causing the rubber wheels or guide wheels to be too tightly adhered, resulting in excessive adhesive tension. 

5. The paper of the product has a high acid-base value, which causes a chemical reaction between the adhesive tape and the product to form a sol.

The product is sealed with adhesive at the end and has a knife-cutting edge. If it cannot be cut through, how can the problem be solved?

1.The angle of the thin-cut adhesive of this product is large. When removing the adhesive, lift the product and hang it onto the cutting blade. 

2. The product is too small or the adhesive application position is off-center. The edge of the adhesive application plate fails to be properly aligned with the product, resulting in the cutting corners of the product being lifted during the adhesive application process. 

3. The cutting teeth have a downward inclined edge. This cutting method is particularly effective when the hardness of the product is insufficient. 

4. High air pressure / High pulse frequency. This is caused by the rapid movement of the tape, resulting in the cutting off of the tail end of the product.

The machine's transmission belt is not rotating. How should we solve this problem?

Paper supply, deviation correction, and the main machine belt are all not rotating: 

The touch screen (start/stop) button is not activated, and the remote control (remote control activation) button is also not activated. 

② The magnetic strip fuse of the remote control has fallen off and the battery is dead. 

③ The main power supply voltage is insufficient and there is a phase missing. 

2. The paper feed mechanism is not rotating: 

The potentiometer speed controller is operating at too low a speed or has been set to zero. 

② The 'Paper Feed Start' button on the remote control is not activated. The remote control is either without power or has no signal. 

③ The power cord plug has come off and the synchronous belt of the motor has broken. 

④ Overload/overcurrent of the motor triggers the alarm of the frequency converter, damage to the gears/bearings of the motor gearbox, and burning out of the frequency converter/motor. 

3. The transmission shaft of the main unit does not rotate: 

The speed of the remote control main unit has not been activated. 

② Pressing the 'Activate (Tape Warning Function)' key causes the alarm to stop and the shutdown time to remain unreset or to be turned off. 

③ The power cord plug has come off, and the synchronous belt of the motor is broken or has broken teeth. 

④ Overload/overcurrent of the motor triggers the alarm of the frequency converter, damage to the gears/bearings of the motor gearbox, and burning out of the frequency converter/motor. 

The inspection is to determine which of the above issues is the cause and then determine if the problem can be resolved by debugging or replacement.
