The KS-650 Multi-function Folder Gluer&Double Side Tape Applicator Machine is a product developed by CSM based on 20 years of industry experience. This machine combines the current market demands and, in order to better avoid the industry's vicious competition and continuously provide customers with the best solutions, it perfectly integrates the box gluing function on the basis of the double side tape applicator  machine. 

In addition to solving the existing process of attaching double-sided adhesive tape to the easy-peel strips, we can also achieve single-sided, double-sided edge attachment, bottom sealing, CD sleeve box and other functions for the folding box machine. The entire machine only requires 6.3 meters of space. Besides the advantage of small footprint area， it is also a truly folding box gluing chameleon. The powerful functions are our greatest highlight， and they will continue to protect our vast customers！

The on-site demonstration of the traditional express delivery envelope featured automatic paper feeding, CD sleeve flip board, glue spraying, side stickers application, 90° rotation, double-sided tape application, and easy-tear tape application. The entire process was perfectly achieved on a single machine, not only saving labor, optimizing the process, but also simplifying the workflow. During the five-day exhibition, visitors came in a continuous stream. Especially overseas customers, upon seeing the new technology, expressed high recognition. A mysterious Brazilian customer even signed a deal on the spot!

This exhibition showcases the CE certified European standard CS-850B Automatic double side tape applicator machine. It is also our classic model. During the exhibition, it performed well as well. The entire machine is equipped with servo motors, ensuring the stability and high precision of the machine during operation. The machine is also equipped with a feeder section, calibration correction section, a vacuum suction platform, and 1 set of easy-to-separate tape servo applicator, 2 sets of double side tape servo applicators. The products it can handle include cards, envelopes, and document bags, all of which can be completed in one go. This machine is equipped with a set of independently developed visual inspection function. According to the product requirements, it can automatically detect the tape application length, missed application, mixed materials, QR codes, and barcodes through this system.

The JYX-500 Semi-auto double side tape applicator machine is small in size, easy to operate and simple to use. During the exhibition, it attracted a large number of inquiries from foreign customers. The machine's functions include the ability to continuously apply five sections of double side tape, as well as the ability to apply double side tape and tearing tape simultaneously.

Technical Parameter

This equipment is composed of four parts: the paper feeding section, gluing section, laminating section, paper collection section. (The complete machine is equipped with a security door device.)

Independent  servo  control   system  is  adopted  for  intermittent  belt  conveying. Intermittent conveying distance can be adjusted as per paper size. Paper extracting belt extracts the paper at the bottom and gets rids of traditional clutch control mode to realize continuous paper adding without shutdown. (Standard equipped with single-panel paper feeding belt suction and belt cleaning functions)

Single high-hardness stainless steel tube rollers transmit the glue. The tube rollers are equipped  with  a sliding block  which  can  quickly  regulate  glue  thickness.  Flexible template gluing is adopted, and the template shop can be engraved according to product requirements. The roller  for template  installation is  graved with  a base line,  and the template installation is accurate, convenient and quick. Left and right position for gluing can be adjusted freely. Front and back position are adjusted with an adjusted which can adjust  front, back,  left  and right  position  for  gluing  without  shutdown. When  being cleaned  and  maintained,  the  glue  device  can  be  pulled  out.  It  can  be  cleaned  and maintained more conveniently.

This part adopts independent servo control system, can adjust the length of the film according to product size without stopping the machine. Phase adjustment was adopted, and the position of film can be done without stopping the machine.

Imported soft belt conveying can prevent product crushing. Paper is collected tidily in a sandwiching structure, which ensures perfect quality.
