At 6 a.m. on June 19th local time, our engineers went to the customer's factory for after-sales service. At 10 a.m., we solved the problems related to the machine sensors, alarms, and speed. Then, we provided training to the employees of the customer's factory on issues such as machine operation and maintenance. The service was successfully completed on June 20th and the engineers returned to the United States.
